Randall Humphrey - President/CEO
Mr. Humphrey has spent the last 18 years building successful brokerage businesses in and around the Phoenix area. Prior to joining Hampden Group, Inc., Mr. Humphrey was most recently Director of the Private Client Group for Newbridge Securities Corporation, a full-service, brokerage and investment banking organization. He was also a founding member of First Financial Equity Corporation, where he was instrumental in transforming this business from a discount brokerage firm to a nationally recognized provider of financial services for individuals and corporations. Some of his most noted successes include Jakks Pacific, Inc, (JAKKS), a multi-brand, toy and leisure product manufacturer where Mr. Humphrey helped take the company public in 1995 and Dickey Walker Marine, Inc., a specialty clothing and lifestyle manufacturer that Mr. Humphrey helped raise capital for business expansion. Mr. Humphrey resides in Scottsdale, Arizona with his wife and three children.
Mark E. Stumm - CTO/CMO
Mr. Stumm has 20+ years in marketing and sales experience with technology oriented companies at the vice president or director level. His experience includes product management, business development, strategy and marketing roles with several major U.S. and international companies, including Fujitsu Systems and Anacomp Inc. He was also involved in several successful startups, including eCompanies, Network Harmoni, and Kintera Inc. In addition, Mr. Stumm helped launched Risk Data Corporation by programming the initial software application for setting Workman's Compensation insurance reserves while working under contract as MESA Consulting Group, a company he founded in 1980. Risk Data Corporation was eventually sold to HNC Software, Inc. (Now Fair Isaac) in 1996. MESA Consulting Group continues to provide software development, product management, and strategic planning services to many high-profile companies in Southern California, including the Port of San Diego, Composite Optics, Inc., PartyPlan-It Inc., and San Diego Event Connection. Mr. Stumm holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Coleman College.
